**Schirrmos** is currently seeking a **Bar Supervisor **to join the team on a** full-time basis **at YHA Sydney Central. As a dynamic and energetic self-starter, reporting to the Property Manager, you will effectively manage and lead a team to successfully deliver cleaning services and standards at Brisbane City YHA.

**Day-to-day duties include but not limited to**:

- Support the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager to oversee the food and beverage service within the venue.
- In the absence of the Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, maintain overall responsibility for the venue, and team members in their employment activities and their representation of YHA whilst on duty.
- Lead by example and provide consistent guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism from all team members.
- Assist with the effective rostering of team members.
- Other ad hoc duties within capabilities

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a supervisor in commercial cleaning
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
