Carol James Real Estate is seeking a Part Time Property Manager.

Your duties will involve maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment and handling administrative and accounting duties for residential and commercial properties.
- Accounting duties including daily receipting of rental payments, processing of incoming invoices for managed properties, invoicing outgoings to tenants
- General administration support including correspondence, data entry and reports.
- Being a proactive and helpful team player when it comes to delivering top quality service to our customers.

Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Team player with positive personality
- Current Certificate of Registration or License (preferred)
- Previous experience in administration
- Professional presentation, strong work ethic and high-level organizational skills.
- High level computer literacy including Microsoft Office

This position may be suitable for an experienced property manager or real estate administrator looking for flexibility / part time hours or returning to the workforce.

We are a warm, bright and friendly team in an inclusive and jolly office environment

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 9am to 5pm.
