About This Role

The Multimedia Specialist role will play an integral part on the development and graphic design of the Interactive eLearning content for our Defence and Security clients.

This role will lead innovation and engagement in course design, motivating modern students in the Defence Aviation environment. It will also interface wit our strategic partners and project leads to align standardisation across multiple platforms.

The role we are offering you
- Provide artwork, illustrations and animations for courseware interactive presentations
- Work closely with Instructional Designers and Courseware Developers to ensure the multimedia for the course is created on schedule
- Work closely with SME to ensure courseware media is accurate
- Proven experience working with LMS tools
- Strong experience of computer-based training development and multimedia
- High level communication skills
- Experience within the defence industry is desirable

Location:

- Homebush, NSW (will consider Brisbane, QLD)
- We operate a hybrid working approach.
- Your role will involve some national and potential international travel

Security requirements
- As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance._
