Authentic Factory Outlets is a market leader specialising in footwear and apparel. We continue to be the fashion leaders in street wear and leisure wear. We sell major brands including Converse, plus our kid’s specialty clothing from Converse and Jordan. Our work culture is characterised by our fun loving, outgoing, and dedicated staff that go the extra mile for our customers.

**Key Expectations**:

- Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
- Knowledge of and contributes to daily sales and KPI targets
- Consistently practices exceptional customer service
- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
- Partner with teammates on tasks processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities
- Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories
- Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
- Acts in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times
- Rotating roster: Week 1 - Tue - Fri & Sun, Week 2: Tue - Sat

**Essential Skills Attributes**:

- 1 + years' retail experience in a busy environment, ideally retail
- Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
- Has experience in stock control procedures and inventory management
- Able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) with employees and customers
- Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
- Can maintain merchandising standards to maximise sales
- Is a team player and leads by example
- Can manage a high traffic of customers
