**About This Role** As a Training Design Specialist/Courseware Developer, you will complete analysis, design and development of training solutions for existing CAE projects and/or any new training business opportunities. You will be a part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, web developers and SME’s developing a full range of learning products from on-page job aids to full e-learning courseware programs.
