**About Us**:
**Nepali Haat Bazaar** is a vibrant and growing retail destination dedicated to bringing the rich flavors, spices, groceries, clothing, and cultural products of Nepal and South Asia to the local community. With a loyal customer base and a reputation for authenticity and friendly service, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced **Retail Manager** to lead our team and support the next phase of our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards tailored to customer demand
- Set pricing and implement purchasing and marketing policies aligned with business goals
- Promote and advertise our products through in-store promotions and local community engagement
- Assist customers, especially from the Nepali and South Asian community, with product information and usage
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions
- Oversee store budgeting and financial planning
- Supervise, train, and support staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all store operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2 year of retail management experience** or relevant qualifications in business or retail
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Nepali or South Asian grocery, clothing, or cultural items is a **strong advantage**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Basic understanding of stock control, budgeting, and point-of-sale systems
