Do you consider yourself as someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills? Perhaps you’ve come from a customer service background and have dealt with customers all across the spectrum. Maybe you’ve only just realised that your current role isn’t the one for you and instead, you’d like to be part of something bigger. As an Partnerships and Client Growth Manager at Attention Experts, you would be responsible for:
- The main duties and focus on the Client Management and Growth side is to ensure the clients are being retained long-term, they understand the exact position of their marketing investment, they are being communicated to well and that they are being upsold to. Other main functions are:
- The client liaison that happens with clients ensures clients are happy and satisfied. Ensuring clients see the value of the service from Attention Experts.
- Ensuring client feedback is fed to the correct internal stakeholders at Attention Experts.
- Helps to devise and coordinate advertising campaigns for clients
- Negotiates with clients on their advertising spend.
- Coordinates with the production team on client budgets, alignments and requirements for campaigns.
- Track campaigns alongside the analytics team and communicate the effectiveness with clients.
- Develop innovative advertising campaigns for clients.
- Identify accounts that are not producing results and liaise with in-house teams to come up with innovative solutions to turn campaigns around.
- Aligning with the Client Success Division (Production & Analytics) and with clients to ensure all communication is coordinated between the production on the account and the clients expectations and understanding.
- Managing client expectations.
- Looking after a client’s onboarding with Attention Experts and a clients exit (ensuring it is smooth).
- Re-selling to a client who has exited Attention Experts within 6-months of their departure.
- The promotion of client campaigns through monthly reports to clients.
Here are some qualifications we are looking for to align with the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in the fields of marketing, finance, commerce or psychology.
- 12 months relevent industry experience.
