**Store Manager - Vodafone Airport West**

As a Store Manager you’ll be passionate, enthusiastic and driven with the ability to lead, inspire and grow others. You appreciate that people are the heart and soul of our business and you understand how to create a fun, positive and supportive store culture that delivers results in a fast moving retail environment.

Combine your retail knowledge and leadership skills to oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure Vodafone customers are provided with an extraordinary experience using our products and services. You won’t be in this alone, we offer unique training and learning opportunities to set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching and encouraging your team to give our customers personal experiences that make a difference.

What you offer:

- You have several years of experience in retail sales or in the service sector
- You have already at least 2 years’ experience in leading and managing a team.
- You are open to digital and technical changes
- You bring sales strength, leadership skills and a strong customer focus
- Your strengths include entrepreneurial thinking and proactive action
- A structured and goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
- You are characterized by stress resistance, strong communication skills and a winning demeanour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
