We are looking for a new **Assistant Store Manager** at **Hobart Airport**

We’re looking for a driven leader to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of our 3 retail stores.

**You will**:

- Assist with the daily store operations
- Foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team
- Assist with inventory management
- Assist with developing creative visual merchandising stories
- Assist with rostering, banking, reports, waste management
- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
- Visual merchandising flair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen

As we are situated in a dynamic airport location our stores operate to meet our customers' needs. With this in mind, you would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
