**The Role: R&D Consultant**

Working within our Tax Technology team, this challenging position will involve:

- interviewing clients and preparing R&D project plans
- preparing eligible R&D expense calculations
- advising on strategies and planning to optimise the R&D position
- managing documentation requirements to support the R&D claim
- liaising with the ATO and AusIndustry on reviews and complex R&D matters
- providing advice, including research and preparation of position papers and advance/overseas findings.

**YOU**

To be successful in this position, you will need:

- 2-3 years experience within R&D consulting
- An Engineering or Science background would be highly preferred
- To demonstrate a client focused approach
- Excellent communications kills
- highly developed written skills (including report writing skills)
- Demonstrate a confident demeanour and be well presented
