**About the role**

The Campaigns Leader reports to the Team Leader - Maintenance (LNG) and works collaboratively with other members of Santos Engineering, Operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of safe work practices.

The primary purpose of this role is to steward the safe and efficient delivery of strategic maintenance campaigns for Midstream Assets; coordinate all planning and scheduling services, materials and logistics that support effective campaign execution; develop campaign opportunities and alignment of work based on the premise of achieving maintenance compliance metrics while minimising equipment downtime to achieve plant production and reliability targets within budget.

This role is Adelaide based but with regular field travel as required to support campaign delivery.

**Job Accountabilities for the Campaign Leader include though are not limited to**:

- Ensure robust interfaces are maintained with all relevant stakeholders throughout the life-cycle of maintenance campaign delivery
- Proactively seek opportunities to campaign maintenance either by area, specific trade/services provision or aligning opportunities with other event or overhaul works
- Ensure that the campaign ownership, methodology and objectives are clearly defined, understood and agreed by all stakeholders
- Steward the readiness process to ensure that all milestone and gating requirements are met and documented per Santos Management System Procedures, with adequate monitoring in place
- Exert influence to ensure the required service levels are delivered from support groups
- Take action to resolve and mitigate any issues impacting upon campaign maintenance delivery
- Oversees campaign budget in line with business requirements, identifies and delivers opportunities to reduce costs or improve productivity of own area
- Work collaboratively with engineering, planning, scheduling, operations, and maintenance teams to:

- Optimise campaign scope based on premise and cost/production objectives
- Identify requirements for asset resource support, providing timely advice, negotiating conflicts and securing availability
- Coordinate all logístical requirements associated with specialist service provider engagement
- Ensure the timeline is fully optimised with a clear and accurate critical path
- Comply with the Ops Excellence frameworks of Campaign Maintenance and Integrated Activity Planning
- Manage seconded labor and supervision, and assigned contractors for campaigns
- Undertake campaign closeout meetings, capturing and implementing lessons learned
- Actively look for resource efficiency, work management and system improvement opportunities and implement via approved action plans

**About you**

We are seeking experienced Maintenance / Campaign / Project Managers with an exposure to oil and gas or heavy industrial sectors with:

- Tertiary and/or relevant work/industry experience in technical area
- Experience in operations/maintenance/reliability management in a chemical/hydrocarbon plant environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Asset / Maintenance management tools such as Maximo, Oracle eAM, SAP, etc would be advantageous
