WesTrac is looking for a dedicated and engaging **People & Culture Reporting Analyst **to join our People and Culture team located in South Guildford, WA.

In this role you will be responsible for actioning monthly and ad hoc People & Culture reporting and developing and implementing a roadmap for improvements and ensure standardised reporting of P&C data across the business.

You will work with key stakeholders to analyse the existing People & Culture Reporting landscape and gather data reporting requirements. The duties of this role will include reviewing of existing tools to assess best fit for purpose and both the improvement of existing and development of new reports and data visualisations, with the end goal of removing dependence on manual processes and allowing self-service reporting.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other disciplines).
- Experience working in a BI, analytics or reporting role.
- Strong working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential.
- Comprehend business needs and convert them into document for planning and implementation.
- Interpret data to develop report and visualisation that will help with business decisions.
- Able to work under own initiative and trouble shoot challenges effectively
- Good communication and influencing skills including written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Experience using the Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
- Identify latest reporting trends according to business needs
