Full-time and part-time (30+ hours) positions available (MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS)

**About the Company**:
My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/instructor and manager. In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.

**Position Requirements**:

- Ability to work 30+ hours per week, **including one day of the weekend**:

- Highly energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field will be advantage)
- Background in performance (theatre, singing or acting will be an advantage)
- Background in child development (childcare, preschool or kindy will be an advantage)
- Effective time management
- Adept sales skills
- Clean background check

**Teacher position**:

- Customer service oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Highly energetic
- Creative and innovative
- Flexibility and Easily coached
- Positive attitude and Self-motivated
- Conflict-resolution skills
- Clean background check

**Manager Position**:

- Passionate about working with kids
- 3-5 years people management experience
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels specifically with team, children and parents, and schools.
- Well presented with excellent people skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
