**About the role**:

- Instruct and train students in strength and various skill based exercises in gymnastic based on their abilities;
- Monitor students to ensure positive skills and physical development;
- Prepare class plans and program statistics and evaluate the class progress during weekly discussion;
- Supervise students during gymnastics class;
- Evaluate the performance of student and evaluate their progress during classes;
- Promote new program to potential students;
- Keep up to date on the current rules and regulations in KinderGym industry;
- Responsible for the safety and wellbeing of students as well as ensuring that proper safety procedures were followed;
- Oversee and give directions to junior instructors during classes;
- And additional duties as for employee at level 7 of **Fitness Industry Award 2010**:

- Gym cleanliness
- Overseeing PSP
- Day-to-day operations and from day-to-day operations to overall gym management
- In addition, you will be required to perform reasonable additional duties and functions as management of Company will form time
- to-time allocate to you

**Requirement**
- Experience in working with Kids;
- Knowledge and experience in instructing gymnastic to young students;
- Coach Accreditation;
- Working with Children Check;
- Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Well presented with excellent people skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent Customer service skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ryde, NSW 2112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
