This role is pivotal in spearheading the development and execution of innovative cyber security solutions tailored to meet the challenges of a diverse clientele across the nation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically develop, define, and implement the business plan and comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the cyber security practice, both independently and in collaboration with Microsoft and other security vendors.
- Drive significant growth in cyber security revenue by fostering a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and ensuring that product and service offerings are in alignment with evolving market needs and customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain influential partnerships with key industry players, including Microsoft, to deliver highly effective and cost-efficient cyber security solutions that provide impactful return on investment.
- Lead the cyber security team in defining and optimizing cost strategies and operational efficiencies within the practice.
- Oversee a 360-degree communication and reporting strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Engage actively in high-profile forums and events, representing the company as a thought leader and expert in the cyber security field.

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- A minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in C-level positions within IT services, particularly in cyber security.
- Demonstrated track record of developing effective go-to-market strategies and leading business development initiatives in the cyber security space.
- Strong capabilities in building and managing strategic partnerships and alliances, especially with major technology vendors such as Microsoft.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team of cyber security professionals, including direct reports such as Principal Product Managers and Cyber Security Architects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for negotiating with stakeholders and guiding the team towards achieving business and security goals.
