**About the Role**
Are you ready to shape the future of exercise and sport science? Swinburne University of Technology is looking for a passionate and innovative Lecturer to join the School of Health Sciences.

In this role, you’ll teach and help develop our accredited Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science program, which is accredited at the Exercise Scientist (AES) level by Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA). A key focus will be on our placement program, providing work-integrated learning, and giving students valuable hands-on experience in the industry. You’ll work closely with academic staff to design and deliver engaging lessons across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

- Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum, and high-quality teaching in Exercise and Sport Science.
- Ability to deliver a program in work integrated learning (professional practice), working with industry partners and the placement team at Swinburne.
- A record of quality research as evidenced by publications and non-traditional research outcomes, with the ability to obtain funding through grants and/or industry collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA) as AES is preferred.
- A teaching qualification would be advantageous.
