**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and implementation of sales plans for the business.
- Develop and improve sales team performance through coaching, identifying training needs, and mentoring.
- Develop state/regional plan to ensure business opportunity is realised
- Develop customer value-based proposals to the wider business team
- Identify major tenders, contracts and pricing agreements for region/state and ensure team has clarity around actions required to drive business growth
- Monthly performance conversations with all direct reports
Key Criteria
- Proven leadership, with effective communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the hospital markets in NSW/ACT.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- The ability to mix both attention to detail, while having the ability to create a vision for the ‘big picture’.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Experience with interpreting and understanding financial information.
