**What You'll Do**:

- Lead a team of landscapers on various projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
- Oversee the installation of structural landscaping features such as retaining walls, paving, decking, and garden beds.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Maintain equipment and manage inventory to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols on all job sites.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in structural landscaping or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
