About the Role
- Actively participate in recruiting, co-ordinating and managing patients into Daycare Treatment appointments, in conjunction with clinical trials protocols, patient transport providers, allied health and/or other clinical consultations. This includes understanding cycle protocols, sourcing appropriate data, completing data entry into relevant systems, confirming consent paperwork, and update existing patient details on CHARM/HBCIS/ESM.
- Identify needs for process improvements, procedures and strategies relating to Daycare Treatment scheduling by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, completing analysis and producing reports as requested. Provide suggestions to the Daycare Team and implement relevant changes once approved.
- Supervise and manage administration support staff responsible to this position including preparation of rosters, management of workloads, organisation of relief where appropriate, performance planning and review while ensuring duties are completed efficiently and within timeframes.
