**The Position**:
KAYAK/OpenTable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for Product Engineering, Sales and Services, Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Marketing, Finance and Accounting in APAC.
**In this role, you will**:
- Represent as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining employment brands.
- Continually build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions.
- Pipeline of talent for future roles.
- Craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.
- 5 years or more of proven technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced internal recruitment environment.
- Demonstrable track record as a trusted adviser to hiring managers.
- Ability to work autonomously with prioritisation.
- Adaptable and flexible to work within a distributed team.
- Creative and innovative, passionate about building positive relationships.
- Previous recruiting experience in India for technical roles is a plus - for roles such as Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Product Manager and Product Designer
- Comfortable with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones
