We seek a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our Japanese market launch and ongoing execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Launch Preparation**: Conduct market research, plan content, and execute campaigns tailored to Japanese culture and consumer behavior.
- **Social Media Management**: Launch and grow Instagram in Japan, engaging with followers and analyzing performance.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Collaborate with Japanese influencers to drive brand awareness and trust.
- **Paid Advertising**: Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms and other relevant channels.
- **Local Projects**: Support market-specific initiatives like events and partnerships.
- **Bilingual (Japanese and English) with knowledge of Japanese culture and digital marketing trends.**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand launches.
- Hands-on experience in influencer outreach and campaign management.
- Strategic and detail-oriented, balancing planning with execution.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website localisation is a plus.
