**The Role**

We're searching for a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who has completed or is working towards their Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care. If you love creating a playful, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- **Creating Joyful Spaces**: Design and maintain a fun, safe, healthy, and productive learning environment where children love to be.
- **Building Relationships**: Foster strong, positive connections with children, families, carers, and fellow staff members.
- **Shaping Minds**: Develop and implement an educational program that delivers outstanding learning outcomes.
- **Staying Compliant**: Ensure all routines, policies, processes, and practices are followed to maintain our high standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education & Experience**: You have completed or are currently working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and you have hands-on experience with children.
- **Expertise**: You possess a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and National Quality Standards.
- **Communication**: Your excellent communication skills help you connect with children, families, and colleagues.
- **Passion**: You bring enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
- **First-Aid Ready**: You hold or are willing to obtain a current First-Aid Certificate, as well as Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- **Team Spirit**: You are eager to contribute to a professional, collaborative, and focused team.

Pay: $24.76 - $36.85 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
