Deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently & remain within their own homes.
- **Permanent Part-Time contracts available**:

- **Permanent hourly rate of 31.38 p/h + super**:

- **Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients**:

- **Kew, Bulleen, Doncaster, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Burwood, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and surrounding suburbs**

Key Requirements:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
- Flexibility to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- Availability to work Day shift commencing at 7am/8am
- Cert III in Individual Support/Disability or completed 1st year of a Nursing course and/or
- 12 months+ experience

Your New Role:

- Personal Care duties: assist customers with activities of daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- Domestic assistance duties: such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Social support duties: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings

- Disability support worker
- Community Services care worker
- Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
