**The demand for quality in-home and community care is rapidly growing, and our teams are growing to meet it We’re now hiring a Support Worker located in Earlwood** to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community.

Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and complex personal care including bowel and catheter care
- Assistance with mobility and transfers using a variety of assistive technology
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance, include meal preparation

**Shifts available** from 5.00PM to 7.00PM - Wednesday | Thursday | Friday

**What you’ll bring**

**We’re looking for caring, people focused individuals who will brighten our client’s days and make a positive impact on their lives. To do well in this role, you will have**:

- Experience supporting people with complex personal care and physical disability
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Disability Care, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police check or willingness to obtain
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (inclusive of booster)
