**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full time or Part Time **Gardener / General Maintenance Person** to join our team. This role involves maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of various **commercial and residential properties**, including development sites around Forrestdale and Canning Vale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General garden maintenance at commercial and residential sites
- Lawn mowing (including ride-on mowing)
- Line trimming and edging
- Weeding and pruning
- Basic reticulation repairs
- General upkeep and maintenance of warehouse grounds

- All required **gardening tools** and **equipment** (ride-on mower, trailer, etc.)
- **Phone allowance**:

- **Flexible working hours** - Monday to Friday

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or property maintenance (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Basic knowledge of garden and irrigation systems
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable and proactive attitude

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
