Warehouse Storeperson

Staralum is a national business involved in the distribution of aluminium and associated products for the general construction and fabrication industries.

Staralum are looking to employ a warehouse person for our Forrestdale operation.

The role will report directly to our Operations Manager.

**Duties will include but not be limited to the following;**
- A**ccurately** picking and packing aluminium extrusions and associated products for despatch to our customers.
- **With the use of forklift or overhead crane the loading and unloading of containers and trucks.**:

- **Accurately receiving and checking in stock that arrives into our warehouse.**:

- **Replenish stock.**:

- **General housekeeping ensuring warehouse and surrounds are kept clean.**:

- **Contribute to a safe work environment**

**Skills and attributes**
- **Reliable and have a great work ethic.**:

- **Physically fit as heavy lifting is required.**:

- **Be able to work as part of a team.**:

- **Good verbal and written skills**:

- **Forklift Licence and experience.**:

- **Overhead crane experience**:

- **Reliable transport.**:

- **To be eligible you must be Australian citizen or Permanent resident.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Forrestdale, WA 6112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
