We are a team of enthusiasm dedicated to designing and marketing, distributing apparel, footwear and accessories, successfully selling domestically and internationally to major department, marketplaces, and online stores. Our business has seen a rapid growth in the last a few years, and we are looking for a passionate eCommerce Trade Specialist to join our outstanding fast-growing team.

As an eCommerce and Marketplace Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales across various digital platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing our eCommerce website and expanding our reach on third-party marketplaces, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and optimizing conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**

Marketplace Campaign Management
- Develop and maintain a detailed campaign schedule for all online marketplace platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of promotions, sales events, and new product launches.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize sales and engagement.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and account managers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketplace platforms, ensuring effective communication and alignment with platform guidelines.

Product File Management
- Manage and maintain the master product file, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across all marketplaces.
- Regularly update product information and troubleshoot any issues related to listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Work with the creative and technical teams to improve product presentation and customer experience on e-commerce platforms.

eCommerce Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce website, ensuring product listings, imagery and accurate, engaging and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the visual appeal of the website and improve the user interface
- Oversee the merchandising of the website

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics for marketplaces, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketplace performance and identify growth opportunities.

Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all product listings and marketplace activities comply with platform policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest marketplace trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance Belle & Bloom’s marketplace presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketplace management and e-commerce operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when managing product files and listings.
- Proficient in e-commerce tools, marketplace platforms, and performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of fashion or retail is a plus.
