**The Role**
Strategy, Policy, and Industry (SP&I) Group is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill administration roles in support of crucial business requirements across the Group.
These administration roles are responsible for a range of key business needs and objectives across the portfolio. Roles include: business improvement and coordination, international education and training coordination, parliamentary and ministerial workflow, secretariat support, records and information management, corporate governance and policy, human resources, and executive support.
Due to the variety of duties expected in these roles, you will need to have experience managing competing priorities and time management skills. You are able to adapt and re-prioritise work in accordance with changing priorities to meet deadlines, including the ability to deliver results under pressure with limited supervision. Relevant roles across the Group include administrative functions in specific policy and program areas, ministerial and parliamentary liaison, executive assistants to Senior Executives, and branch administration officers. The higher APS classifications mean more responsibility and increased likelihood of being relied upon to work with limited supervision or to work independently.
