**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to assist the Research Services Business Manager in providing of range of functions to support the operational and strategic performance of the Research Services, service line of Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).

About you

Assist in the preparation and finalisation of monthly financial reporting for the Research Services service line.
Monitor, investigate and report on variations in expenditure, revenue and activity which impact budgetary performance and activity targets. Provide strategic advice on remedial action as appropriate.
Provide a high level of financial and business advisory support to Research Services stakeholders, with a strong focus on supporting clinical trials activity and financial administration of research grants.
Assist with the preparation of annual service line budgets and forecast cycles.
