Our team is growing across the Macarthur region, and we’re looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join us.
Your Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide one-on-one or group-based support to NDIS participants to help them live meaningful and independent lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties

Support participants to attend appointments, community activities, or social events

Build positive relationships and encourage independence and skill development

Monitor and report on participant wellbeing, risks, and progress

Follow individualised support plans and NDIS goals

Maintain professional boundaries and uphold participant dignity

Complete shift notes and documentation through ShiftCare
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, reliable, and respectful approach

Experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential)

Great communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and follow directions
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR (current)
Australian Driver’s Licence + Reliable Vehicle
Police Check (within 12 months)
COVID-19 Vaccination (as per current health guidelines)
Right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $43.23 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
