GO Creative is an Australian-owned digital marketing agency based in Shailer Park (Logan, Queensland). Established in 2001, we specialise in website development, SEO, CRO, website support, and related services for small and medium businesses right across the country.

Our mantra is, “putting people and the planet before profit”. We support community and Not For Profit organisations with sponsorship and discounts, and have an environmental sustainability program in our organisation.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for a SEO specialist to handle a range of projects for clients. This is a permanent position, with a three month probation period, for 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available from time to time.

**Required skills and experience**
- Strong attention to detail. You must be able to follow processes to the letter
- 3+ years in SEO (strategy, content, technical, keywords, backlinks, and reporting).
- In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screamingfrog, Semrush, Serpstat).
- In-depth experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEO content planning and production.
- Solid understanding of WordPress functionality (this is the only platform we work with).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e. using simple language to explain technical matters to clients).

**What you’d be doing**
- Developing and monitoring strategies for all SEO projects.
- Delegating to support staff to execute your strategies.
- Reporting to management and our clients on service performance.
- Providing audits and internal estimates to our sales team.
- Introducing new ideas, processes, and practices to our team.
