**Role and Responsibilities**

Reporting into the PSTC Program Manager (PGM), the Training Governance Manager role will be accountable for the PSTC training quality and performance, governance of compliance within the structure of training pedagogy and related training management and services plan that are applicable.

As well as ensuring that required contract processes and requirements from the Navy, CAE and RTO perspective are being met, the Training Governance Manager will also manage the on-site security requirements too.

This role will be located at the Naval Barracks in Randwick, NSW.

**The role we are offering you**
- Systematically monitor and manage the RTO operations, ensuring consistent compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
- Inform staff and students of any changes to legislative and regulatory requirements that affect the services delivered
- Quality compliance, including development and control of ISO 9001 Quality Management System process and procedures, and training management system plan documents for the PSTC contract.
- Accountability for compliance with defence security measures and Mandatory Annual Awareness Training (MAAT)
- ADF training experience as an instructor and/or training developer, or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain one)
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, or similar education/experience
- RTO experience
- Diploma of Vocational Education or equivalent is highly desirable

**Security requirements**
