Customer Support Officer, Disability

**The Customer Services Officer (CSO)**:
- Is the point of first contact for all HCP, CHSP, DVA, Day Centre, respite and private community clients and inquiries.
- Building relationships with clients and staff ensuring service delivery levels are consistently met
- Manages client calls and requests and refers them appropriately.
- Validates that shifts have been performed and correctly reported by SWs via the app, including travel claims.
- Validates that SWs have completed the end of shift checklist, flagging items needing further attention, and that case notes have been updated as required.
- Works as a Scheduler.
- Has a can do attitude coupled with meticulous capability to achieve set responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills will be essential in this challenging but rewarding role
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast paced office environment (health care industry) preferred
- Previous experience using staff allocations systems or similar recruitment software would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels (mandatory requirement)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Scheduling experience ideal in Healthcare
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
