**The Incinerator**

The is is a very unique heritage building which the ground floor of the1930’s Walter Burley Griffin designed Willoughby Incinerator building has been transformed into a stunning licensed café known simply as The Incinerator.

Our customers can choose from a dine-in or take-away menu that is characterised by fresh, seasonal produce and a selection of premium quality pastries and other baked goods. A feature of the Incinerator’s stunning open kitchen is a wood-fired oven.

**As a Restaurant Manager**
- You will have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, you’re a hospitality expert, have a passion for training, leading & mentoring our teams.
- Great barista experience and knowledge
- Have Event or Function experience will be perfect but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated and with a positive attitude
- Good decision-making and commercial savvy
- An eye for detail and exceptional communication skills
- Manage front and back of house operations
- Experience in achieving Sales targets and cost budgets
- Working product knowledge of all food and beverage and the ability to impart knowledge to staff
- Effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the owner
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Assist in new menu promotions and marketing drives
- Recruit new staff, conduct staff training sessions and daily briefings
- Availability to work week days & or both weekends when you have to step in
- A current RSA
- Be professional, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
