Inspire Health is an allied health company with two multidisciplinary clinics based in Brisbane, at Albion & West End. We are a team of 58 allied health professionals. As our team continues to expand we are looking for an experienced administration manager to join our team.
**About this role;**
The role involves working within a highly collaborative team of Administration Support Staff, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Dietitians and Massage Therapists. This role will report directly to the Inspire Operations Manager.
This role is ideal for someone with appropriate management experience however for the right person is also a great opportunity to move towards a career in management with in house training & support provided.
- Management, leadership & development of the reception team
- Communication and co-ordination on a daily basis with other department leaders & managers
- Working with HR to co-ordinate reception rosters
- Executing and improving on the existing customer care and customer experience that our clients experience
- Processing payments via HICAPS, cash and eftpos payment methods
- Appointment and schedule management via MindBody
- Provide administrative support to practitioners
- Provide a high level of communication, support and customer service to all clients
- Claiming of EPC, DVA, Workcover, Insurance using PRODA and other medical systems
- Ordering of stock and stationary
- Provide support in the management of the NDIS program where required
- Provide support to the Administration, HR and Accounts Managers where required
- Managing rostering of reception team across both locations
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Word & Excel
