Our client is one of the most successful & leading Real Estate agencies on the North Shore. Operating out of a fantastic office located in Hornsby this is an expert team that maintains a strong presence in the local market and dominates in all aspects of Real Estate.

We are looking for a confident Junior Property Manager who is passionate about Real Estate to learn the ropes from an experienced property management department. With plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Monday - Monday position - Every 2nd Saturday
- Supporting the Property Management team
- Leasing of their local portfolio
- Conducting open homes and inspections
- Application process including reference checks
- Ingoing inspections and routines
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Passion for the real estate industry
- Competitive go-getter & can-do attitude
- A Persistent Personality
- You will ideally have Real Estate experience but not essential
- A current certificate of Registration
- Driver’s license & Car
- Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
