**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business as a Machine Operator at our Trade Coast site in **Eagle Farm**. BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

This opportunity will see you operate processing machinery, for example slitter or shear line to process orders for our customers, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our Machine Operator role, allowing for future career development opportunities.

Working Monday-Friday on day (06:00-14:00) shift, with the possibility to move to afternoon shift, you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training. You will receive a competitive hourly wage of $30.05 per hour, plus a weekly laundry allowance of $14.36. You will also be eligible for our annual profit share (bonus).

**What Will You Do?**

As a valued member of our Eagle Farm team, you will:

- operate machinery to process orders for our customers
- operate remote gantry cranes and forklifts
- accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
- successfully contribute to a safe working environment
