**About our client**
Our client is a boutique provider of Supported Independent Living accommodations and community care services for NDIS participants. They create a luxurious, home-like environment with top-of-the-range furnishings and equipment, promoting social development and independence.
**About the Role**

As they continue to grow, now is an exciting time to join their team as the SIL Operations Manager, which is a pivotal role in ensuring the provision of high-quality person-centred services. You will oversee the Team Leaders of the SIL homes, and ensure services are in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework. Your duties may include:
- Manage the risk & compliance activities. Identify and mitigate service implications and escalate accordingly.
- Monitor operations in support coordination business and implement continuous improvement strategies ensuring consistent efficiency in service delivery
- Manage direct reports and teams to ensure service delivery expectations are met, that feedback/incident mgt/reporting is actioned in line with agreed timetables, and that continuous improvement is identified and implemented.
- Work collaboratively with all teams/families/guardians/external stakeholders, in delivering complex and tailored individual support services.
- Oversee clinical practice and governance leading the provision of clinically informed practice advice; and that service delivery is aligned to legislative requirements, NDIS rules and regulations, and the companies Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure all SIL properties meet both the business and Industry compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports as scheduled or required, incorporating all key areas of SLO and covering services provided, documentation reviewed, audits and review, budgets and financial tracking, staffing, incident reporting, business development opportunities, and continuous improvements made.
**About you**
You will have a high attention to detail with an eye for compliance, and passion for consistent improvement of service delivery within the Disability sector. You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in the Disability sector, and deep experience within the Specialist Disability Accommodation and NDIS sectors. AHPRA registration _highly regarded_
- Significant experience in a leadership position within a community services organisation.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement/negotiation/advocacy skills, and proven communication and interpersonal skills.
