**Your Role**:
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Drake Medox team We are looking someone who has demonstrated experience with autism and engaging with non-verbal communication. This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in our client's life, as well as enhance your skills and knowledge with client specific training. Due to the nature and complexity of the individuals' support needs, applicants must be able to demonstrate strong industry knowledge and experience.

**Duties**:

- Supporting our client to maintain and grow their independence in their daily living tasks
- Engaging with non-verbal communication and maintaining a patient, calm approach
- Assist with NDIS goals and creative thinking to maximise quality of life
- Medication administration, personal care assistance, and transportation.
- Providing true and authentic companionship to the client

**You must currently have**:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ASD and behaviours of concern
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence & Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Certificate of Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certification
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Relevant Qualifications
