**About the Role**:

- As a CBRE Data Center Shift Lead, you will provide oversight over the team that performs advanced preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
- This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.
- What You’ll Do:

- Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services. Provide holiday, training & sickness cover for other members of the shift team.
- Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted.
- Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
- Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed.
- Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information. Present to management and key stakeholders.
- Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
- Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records.
- Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for critical work with risk assessment.
- Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

**What You’ll Need**:

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Journeyman/Electrician or HVAC license, required, and state and local licensures, where required. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- Certificate III - Electrical & Valid Electrical License
- Driver's license
- Australian Citizen - NV1 Clearance
- Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
