**Position**

The position of Pickups Coordinator is now available. The position is responsible for all enquiries with both customers and carriers.

You will carry out the below:

- Coordinating local, interstate and international pick-ups and bookings with customers
- Organising bulk trucks for interstate freight
- Generating consignment paperwork for customers
- Assisting customers in determining the best carrier for any given situation
- Lodging enquiries, bookings and providing quotes
- Assisting with inbound calls when needed

The role is part of a customer service team based in Melbourne that service clients nationally as the first point of contact for all customers and therefore is an integral team within the business.

- Prior experience working in a customer service-based role within the transport industry is necessary
- Available for full time employment with standard Monday to Friday office hours
