Our client is a global FMCG company which has HQs in Japan. They innovate and supply many unique products for improving our life quality. They are currently seeking for a Sales & Marketing Co/ Supervisor to join in their Melbourne office team.

**About the role**:

- Making promotion plans of major brand and future new product.
- Negotiation with broker, distributor and Japan HQ about marketing strategy, new product plan, artwork of promotion tool and other issues related to marketing.
- Management of promotion cost budget by several way
- Analyzing data which is related to marketing and sales.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience in marketing and negotiating promotion plans with clients as a distributor in Australia.
- Ability to work within a team and think of the best solution for a company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Japanese language skills is highly preferred
- Work experience for Japanese companies or having interest in Japanese culture.
