We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Booking and Allocations Clerk to join the Clinical Operations team at Cabrini Malvern. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting high-quality care through effective staff coordination and patient logistics.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff allocations across nursing and ward support teams, as well as managing patient bookings and discharge transport services. You will work closely with Hospital Coordinators to ensure efficient and timely support for clinical departments, both during business hours and after hours.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate staff rosters and allocations across wards and departments- Assist with bookings for patient admissions and discharge transport- Support Hospital Coordinators with operational needs- Ensure accurate data entry and communication with clinical teams

Position Details- Permanent Part-Time or full-time- Minimum 15.2 hours per week- Shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, across 7 days- Flexibility to increase hours to cover leave (planned or unplanned) is highly regarded

About You

You will bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Confidence in learning and using patient administration systems- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation abilities- A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a changing environment- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
