**The Company**
Our client is involved in the retail, distribution and assembly businesses in the automotive industry. It has a presence in nine markets across the Asia Pacific region, with 10 retail sites across Australia and employs over 780 staff.

**The Role**
Working at one of the dealerships, our client is looking for a full-time receptionist to tend to customers and front the reception area Monday-Friday. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Being the first point of contact for the organisation
- Meeting & greeting clients & staff face to face
- Assist with Sales Consultant Diary management
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Administrative duties
- **Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5pm**:

- **Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Superannuation**:

**You**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Customer focused
- Minimum 1 - 2 years' reception experience
- Proactive and someone who can show initiative
- Immaculate, corporate presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy, varied environment & switchboard
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Must be vaccinated or have medical exemption as this is a customer facing role
