**Mechanical Engineering Technician**

**Full-Time**
**Salary $80k - $100k**

FITT Resources specialise in the supply of premium mechanical engineering products, parts and servicing, for rotating and static equipment, across a range of industrial activities.

We deliver “tank to tank” solutions that reduce whole of life costs through improved equipment efficiency and reliability, reduced energy consumption and downtime.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assembling and installing mechanical systems.
- Troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of machinery.
- Maintaining records and monitoring availabiltiy of parts.
- Training co-workers.

**Main Duties**:

- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems
- Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to
prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns,
as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and
equipment settings.
- Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of
machines and plant.
- Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical
machinery and equipment.
- Selecting tools and equipment.
- Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements.
Collecting and analysing data.

**Qualifications**:
Suitable certification or relevant experience

**Experience**:
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar environment

**Salary $80k - $100k**

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lisarow, NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
