**About the role**

Reporting to the Automation & Reliability Engineer, you will deliver process development and improvement across our Lisarow-based site through auditing, maintenance and management of all PLC programs, software, and SCADA systems.

The Automation & Reliability Technician will:

- Implement software and process control hardware improvements
- Provide fault finding and technical support
- Perform electrical installation and maintenance tasks
- Assist with system upgrades and improvement of control systems design
- Perform proactive maintenance and RCA activities
- Use industry experience to develop automation capability within our Maintenance team

**About you**
- Passion for automation and reliability
- NSW Electrical Licence
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering
- Previous manufacturing experience (FMCG preferred)
- Strong PLC skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to manage multiple internal customers and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

This position is based at our Lisarow site on the NSW Central Coast.
