**Your Impact**

As the Junior Comms Strategist, you are a problem solver at heart and like to break down complex problems and find simple creative solutions. You will deliver insights to support strategy development and you will be active in keeping our brands on the pulse of culture, knowing how and where to connect them with what consumers care about.

You will support the Strategy team in crafting Passion Point Strategies, Partnership Strategies, Comms and Connections strategies, and Creative Strategies for our Brands.

In your new role you will work alongside a talented group of modern marketers, and together you will foster an innovative team culture that delivers paid, owned, and earned consumer connection eco-systems, and brilliant creative work.

**The Opportunity**

Key responsibilities include:

- Support Strategy team in development of Comms Strategies, Partnerships Strategies and Creative Strategies for brands.
- Play an active role in shaping creative briefs and connecting creative output to activation through simple to understand communications frameworks.
- Contribute to analysis and interpretation of research, helping to surface insights that can be used in the creative development process.
- You will have a strong knowledge of cultural trends and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain that knowledge and ensure our brands and team remain at the forefront of culture.
- Independently own and deliver written outputs for inclusion in presentations & client-ready content.
- Work closely with a range of teams across 1House as well as other stakeholders to help solve business problems.

A couple of examples of the types of work you would be involved in:

- Defining the comms strategy for Somersby in our portfolio-level Live Nation deal.
- Supporting always-on Digital Marketing strategy across our brand portfolio, connecting our brands with their audiences and culture.

**About You**

You will be naturally curious and able to interpret data/research to uncover interesting insights. You will ask lots of questions and be passionate about connecting the dots and generating insights from what you learn, that can help shape creative briefs. You will be the voice of the consumer and make it your mission to know how best to find and connect with them to create meaningful impact in their life.

You will understand consumer journeys and have applied experience of connecting creative ideas to consumer touchpoints across paid, owned, and earned media frameworks.

You’ll also be a great storyteller, able to support your team in crafting engaging, inspiring creative briefs.

In addition, you will have:

- Strong understanding of Brands and have a broader marketing appreciation.
- Sound strategic thinking with the ability to unpack complex problems.
- Strong understanding of Culture and how brands can remain culturally relevant.
- Ability to understand and interpret and data and trends to uncover insights.
