Melbourne, Australia BankVic Full time

**22nd January, 2025**:
**About BankVic**:
We are the small bank of big opportunity.

We exist to serve those who protect and serve our community. Founded 50 years ago by Victorian Police officers, our members are from the police, health, and emergency services. Because we’re small, we each have a greater opportunity for personal impact.

As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and working in the best interests of our members, community and each other. Being a small bank also means you can get involved in a broad range of work and gain exposure to parts of the organisation outside of your own team.

If you’re seeking to make a difference and find purpose in your work, it’s time to join us at BankVic.

**The opportunity**:
As a Financial Wellbeing Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of initiatives that will help enhance the financial literacy and resilience of BankVic’s members. You’ll be instrumental in creating and refining the financial wellbeing strategy and developing impactful and inclusive educational programs that align to our organisational goals.

Reporting into the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in tailoring the financial wellbeing initiatives to member needs. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement of member financial outcomes through the management and delivery of our programs across various regions and in-person & digital platforms.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Tailoring initiatives to member needs through conducting needs assessments and audience segmentation.
- Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and conduct regular analysis on program performance.
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Address barriers to participation that ensure accessibility and inclusivity across our member group.
- Liaise with partner organisations to amplify program reach and relevance.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone who has proven program management experience, preferably within financial services. You have demonstrated knowledge of frontline workers such as police, emergency services and health workers and their unique financial challenges and are committed to diversity and inclusion in your program design and delivery. You bring an agile approach to your project management, can effectively interpret data to make evidence-base decisions and have been successful in bringing your stakeholders on the journey to achieve consensus and outcomes.
- Proven ability to deliver educational programs through various channels.
- Degree qualified in a relevant area of study.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.

**What we can offer**:

- Additional five days FlexiLeave.
- Generous parental leave provisions.
- 2 days paid volunteer leave.
- Discounts and savings off a range of our products and services.
- Ambulance Victoria Membership reimbursements.
- Hybrid working environment.
