**Full Job Description**

**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently seeking a Data Officer who would be interested in a 6 month contract to join an exciting and Well-known NSW Government organisation.
- _Immediate_
- _Sydney South West Location_
- _6 month contract_
- _$32 - $36 p/h + Super (Depending On Experience)_
- _35 hrs per week Monday - Friday_

**About The Role**:
As part of thee Land Information Management (LIM) team you will be responsible to monitor, maintain and update the Land Information System and the organisations Geographic Information System core data layers.

The role has a customer service focus and supports the Customer Service Teams, Rates Teams, Property & Investment Teams, Planning & Assessment Teams, Spatial Planning Teams and Governance through provision of up to date property information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide Property Numbering letters to approved Development Applications and other non-standard requests for land information.
- Ensure that customer expectations are being met and provide a level of service to meet or exceed customer service and industry standards
- Assist with the testing of software releases
- Provide high level of customer service
- Triaging through inbox and answering enquiries
- Liaising and supporting teams within the organistion
- Allocation of Street Addressing, Road Naming proposals, and the
recording of the organisations correspondence
- Statutory requirements
- Any other initiatives as advised by the LIM Team Leader

**About you**:

- Minimum 2yrs experience in administration or data entry
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Local or State Gov experience highly desirable
- Experience within a Land & Information role would be essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- **Must be fully vaccinated with a booster**
