Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and supports tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. Our core focus is supporting those with Spinal Cord injury, and we believe in giving those with spinal cord damage the best shot at living the life they want to lead.

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a **Team Engagement Officer** on a casual basis, based at our Head Office in Woolloongabba. We are open to either full time hours or may also suit school hours 9am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.

**About the role**:The primary responsibility of this position is to connect and engage with previous employees as part of an ongoing recruitment project within the talent team. This role is predominantly phone based, along with some administrative tasks ie booking assessments, orientations and general HR on boarding processes. In this role, you will work both independently and in a team, obtaining exit feedback from previous employees, having discussions around new incentive packages and employment conditions.

- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
